Türkiye’s brand new Amasra Harbor hosted it first passenger ship on Wednesday.
The construction of the Black Sea harbor, which was tendered by the Transport and Infrastructure Ministry in 2018, is 90% complete.
Panama-flagged Astoria Grande arrived at the harbor from Russia via Istanbul with 350 passengers.
The tourists got off to visit the tourist attractions of Amasra.
The cruise ship’s next stop will be Sinop, another city on Türkiye’s Black Sea coast.
Built on the remains of ancient settlements in the Black Sea region, Amasra is a city that once thrived under the rule of the Romans and Byzantines.
