Air traffic with Turkey resumed from 13 more cities of the Russian Federation

The number of Russian cities, from which air traffic to Turkey is resumed, has been increased from 32 to 45, the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia reported.

In accordance with the decision of the headquarters of the government of the Russian Federation to combat coronavirus, from July 12, Russian and Turkish airlines will be able to operate flights from 45 international airports in Russia, including from Barnaul, Belgorod, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Krasnodar, Lipetsk, Nalchik, Orenburg, Saratov, Sochi, Tyumen and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The list of destinations in Turkey has also been increased – from July 12, flights to Izmir will be possible. Earlier, flights to five cities in Turkey have already been resumed – Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Dalaman, Bodrum.

Since June 22, the Russian Federation has resumed air traffic with Turkey, which was limited in April due to the situation with COVID-19 in this country.
