According to the Worldometer website, the total number of those who beat the dangerous infection as of the evening of August 23 was 190 394 086.
The top three countries with most COVID-19 recoveries are also the countries with the highest number of overall infections.
In India, 31,680,626 were cured from COVID-19, in the USA – 30,472,804, in Brazil – 19,448,816 people.
The number of COVID-19 winners in Turkey was 5,708,549 people.In France, 6,065,321 were cured of COVID-19, in Russia – 6,034,867, Great Britain – 5,056,571, Argentina – 4,814,020, Colombia – 4,718,500, Italy – 4,220,924 and Spain – 4,078,846.
At the same time, 17,921,171 patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 continue to be treated worldwide.
